You’ll be gently guided into a relaxed, meditative state while receiving intuitive energy healing to support emotional balance, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect you to your natural sense of clarity and well-being. This is the same style of energy work I use in my private sessions, offered in a group setting. This work is rooted in quantum healing, meaning we’re working beyond just the mind—supporting shifts in your energy, body, and nervous system at a deeper level. No experience is needed. You don’t have to “do” anything—just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.
