Candlelight Yin Yoga

Unwind and stretch deep with this small-group candlelit yin yoga to melt away your stress. Unwind at the end of your day with a slow, quiet practice that invites you to settle and soften. Candlelight Yin is a small, gentle, mostly floor-based class with postures held for several minutes at a time. The pace is unhurried, the lighting is soft, and there’s room to move in a way that feels comfortable for you. With a small group, you can receive personalized attention and guidance whenever you’d like it. Yin uses long, supported holds to give your body time to release tension and gradually explore a comfortable range of motion. Expect minimal transitions, plenty of options, and a calm space to slow down. You don’t need to be flexible or have yoga experience. All equipment is provided, so just bring yourself and a willingness to pause. This is your time to settle, soften, and reset. Max 6 participants
