Croissants: An Intensive Workshop

Hands on. 5 Hour Intensive Workshop. You will be cooking with a small team in this class. Age Restrictions For ages 18 & up Description Wake your family with the aroma of freshly baked, buttery croissants from your own oven. You'll practice the classic French techniques for making these flakey rich pastries. In this 5-hour class, you will create croissant dough as well as puff pastry and then produce a variety of treats with the doughs. For ages 18 & up.
