Join us for a 90-minute immersion into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that leads you into a state of deep rest at the threshold between waking and sleep. In this workshop, you will learn to relax the body, the mind, the breath, and the heart, allowing you to drop into a deeper layer of peace and stillness. This practice is designed to reduce stress, improve sleep quality, and leave you feeling profoundly restored. 🗓️ Event Details • Date: Sunday, August 13th • Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM • Environment: Non-heated (for maximum comfort) 🧘‍♂️ What to Expect We will begin the session with a short, gentle flow to release physical tension and prepare the body for stillness.
