Navigating it shouldn’t feel so lonely. Join the EndoEdu SoCal Chapter for a relaxed, interactive morning of education, conversation, connection, and movement in Normal Heights. Whether you’ve lived with endometriosis for years, were recently diagnosed, are preparing for or recovering from treatment, or are still searching for answers, you are welcome here. What to Expect This isn’t a traditional lecture or medical conference. We’re creating a space to ask questions, learn from different perspectives, and meet people who understand. Throughout the morning, we’ll have: • 🌼 Endometriosis Care Team Q&A with Dr. Chandra Spring-Robinson and multidisciplinary specialists • 💬 Small-group discussions about topics that matter to the Endo community • 💛 Community + social time to meet other Endo Warriors and our SoCal Chapter leaders • 🧘 Gentle yoga and movement to close out the morning • 🥐 Snacks + refreshments Come to listen. Come with questions. Come to meet someone else who gets it. Come Comfortable + Ready to Move We’ll finish the morning with an accessible yoga activity. Wear something comfortable to move in and bring a yoga mat if you have one. A towel works too. All levels are welcome, and participation is always optional.
