Expanded States Integration Art Playshop

Create, play, connect, and explore. An experiential art playshop inviting psychedelic integration through creativity and embodied expression About This Dynamic Event: We begin with a grounding meditation and an orientation to the space, followed by an opening circle where we establish boundaries, intentions, and a shared container for the day. From there, we turn inward with a guided visualization to connect with our inner creativity, then bring that energy into the art space. Next comes three-plus hours of focused mess-around-and-find-out art play, an expansive period of creative exploration, experimentation, and discovery with no expectations about the outcome. A vaiety of art medioums will be available. We then gather in a sharing circle to reflect on our creative process and what emerged throughout the day. We close with gratitude ritual acknowledging our embodied expereince with art intersecting with our inner landscape.
