Resilient Recovery Yoga

Through a slow, intentional gentle flow, we focus on somatic regulation and the power of witnessing our internal world without judgment. From recovery to resilience, Marlyss’s path to the mat was born out of a necessity for healing. After trading a disconnected existence for a life of vibrant presence, she now guides others to move through grief, trauma, and anxiety using the science of nervous system regulation. With 500 hours of YTT and a certification in Embodied Yoga Life Coaching, [Your Name] focuses on the "Living Yoga" pillars: Awareness, Regulation, and Spiritual Transformation. Based in San Jose, she serves her community through The Art of Yoga and private mentorship. Off the mat: You’ll find her near the water or in the mountains, exploring with her two sons, embarking on solo adventures, or creating in the kitchen. 🌿✨
