Yin Restorative & Sound Bath at Chaparral Ranch East Bay

After rider recovery and reset! Enjoy a 60 minute yin restorative class with a sound bath at the end at Chaparral Ranch's recreation room. 🐎✨ Ride. Recover. Restore. ✨🧘‍♀️ After the saddle, give your body the recovery it deserves. Oscura Yoga & Chaparral Ranch invite you to an exclusive Rider Recovery Experience combining the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga + guided meditation + a healing Sound Bath — created specifically with equestrians in mind. This intimate experience is designed to help riders release tension, open the hips, unwind the spine, soften tight muscles, and quiet the mind after time in the saddle. Cindy Luna of Oscura Yoga brings over 12 years of yoga experience, along with her own background as an equestrian. She understands firsthand how riding asks the body to stabilize, strengthen, and stay engaged — and how important intentional recovery is for staying comfortable and connected in the saddle. 🌙 What to expect: • Slow, deeply relaxing Yin & Restorative Yoga • Gentle hip, spine & shoulder opening • Breathwork & guided meditation • A deeply immersive crystal singing bowl Sound Bath • Time to completely unwind, reset, and reconnect This isn’t just another yoga class. It’s your time to pause, release, and restore. Imagine stepping off your horse, leaving the day's tension behind, and settling into a peaceful space where the only thing you have to do is breathe, soften, and receive. ✨ 🐴 An exclusive wellness experience for the equestrian community. 🎟️ Limited spots available to keep this experience intimate and personal. Come restore your body. Quiet your mind. Ride on feeling renewed.
