Sacred Silence Meditation (on Zoom)

Tap into your power. Quiet the noise. Take a break. Open to newcomers or experts! In a world full of noise, sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is simply be still. Sacred Silence Meditation, led by Dr. Holly Hopkins Shah offers a welcoming space to rest, reset, and reconnect with your own inner quiet. Join us at 7:15 to connect and wind down, at 7:30 there is a short reading, followed by 20 minutes of silence. 20 minutes??? yousay? You may find your mind wanders, and that's okay! Part of doing the meditation is building the muscle to find your way into the silence, stay there, recognize when you're mind is winding up again, and bring yourself back. There's no right or wrong way to do it - just give it a try! Whether you are new to meditation or have practiced for years, all are welcome.
