Mobility & Mindfulness: Coffee Social

Join Trainers Daniel & Santi for a morning of movement, mindfulness, and community Join Daniel, founder of Evolve Fitness, and Santi, founder of Lotus Training, for a morning of movement, mindfulness, coffee, and community! Start your morning with a guided mobility session led by Daniel, focused on improving your form, enhancing your movement quality, and helping you move and feel better. Then, slow things down with Santi as he guides you through breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect. After the session, stick around for coffee, enjoy special gifts from Makenna Koffee Company, meet like-minded people, and hang out with Daniel & Santi in a relaxed, welcoming environment. We'll also have an open Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask Daniel & Santi any questions about mobility, movement, mindfulness, and overall wellness. Whether you're looking to improve your mobility, prioritize your mental well-being, or simply connect with your community, this morning is for you! Move better. Feel better. Connect. Please Note: All participants are required to sign a participation waiver and consent to being photographed and filmed during the event. Photos and videos may be used for promotional and social media purposes.
