Somatic Breathwork Experience... Reset Yourself!

This guided somatic breathwork session is designed to help your body complete the stress cycle, 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, and 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, so stress doesn’t stay trapped in your nervous system. ​ During the activation phase, we gently lean into anxious or restless energy, allowing it to safely mobilize and release rather than stay suppressed.
