Autumn Exhale: Breath Work & Sound Healing for Release

An evening of gentle breath work and sound healing. As autumn invites the trees to release their leaves, we too are invited to soften our grip on what no longer serves us. Inspired by the yogic principle of Aparigraha, which is the practice of non-grasping, this gentle evening offers space to slow down, reflect, and let go with intention. Through mindful movement, breath, and an immersive sound healing journey, you'll be guided into deep rest as you create space for the season ahead. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and ready to embrace the quiet wisdom of autumn. Linger afterwards to enjoy tea and the community of others. Please bring: Your yoga mat A blanket Water An eye cover if desired Something to rest your head on if desired
