Hip(py) Love Workshop

Discover how improving hip mobility, stability, and strength can help you move and feel better! About Maddy: Maddy is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with over 10 years of personal practice and 5 years of teaching experience. Certified across a variety of class formats, she especially loves teaching Yoga Sculpt, where she combines her passion for yoga with strength, movement, and an energizing challenge. Her teaching style is motivational, encouraging, and empowering. She loves creating an environment where students feel supported while being challenged to step outside their comfort zones, build strength, and discover what they’re capable of—both physically and mentally. Outside of the studio, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2 children under 2! As a busy mom, she has an even greater appreciation for the strength, balance, and confidence that come from taking time to move, breathe, and show up for yourself.
