Wom(b)en Wellness Retreat 2026!

An afternoon of information, movement and of course a meal! A safe place to learn more to help you focus on your self care!!! Ladies, when you leave this retreat, we want you to leave different, knowing more about yourself, feeling good about what you learned and empowered! Join us for a few hours which opens up with a vendor fair, including chair massage for retreat attendees only. Vendors will primarily have items related to health and wellness but there will be others! Enter and grab a welcome drink to refresh your palate then browse and shop! The retreat starts with a session talking about our feminine health and empowering ourselves. Hear from professionals who will provide information regarding basic health, how to seek out additional medical and holistic services and finally the importance of advocating for oneself. Next is an hands on activity. In this new segment, you will build upon knowledge learned in the opening session and allows each person to express herself as she sees fit. We're really excited about this! After that let's release some tension and flow with movement that gets your blood circulating, loosens muscles and provides a space for creative expression. Of course there's a delicious meal, because physical sustenance is important! After dinner is our Red Tent session. A time to understand more about the body and mind connection. Finally, we will close with a relaxing experience, so you go home ready to rest for the night. Come dressed comfortably, with an open mind, ready to relax, unwind and empower yourself!
