Sound Bath - Immersive Nervous System Nourishment Experience

Step into an immersive sanctuary filled with relaxing sounds that'll melt your stress away, calm your nervous system and rejuvenate you. Join us on November 19th at 6:00 PM for an immersive nervous system nourishing sound bath experience designed to help you rest and restore your mind and body. Let the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls wash over you in a beautifully immersive, welcoming space, providing the perfect way to unwind and recharge. This is a great way to activate the parasympathetic nervous system aka rest and digest state, helping to reduce stress and lower cortisol. Pillows and blankets will be provided for you on our cozy cushioned floor mats. We welcome you to bring anything that will help you get comfy. We invite you to arrive a few minutes early to settle in, turn the phone to do not disturb, enjoy a cup of herbal tea and relax. Our sound bath experience will begin at 6:00 PM. We will begin with some light stretches before we settle in for the full sound experience. There will be time directly afterwards to move slow, sip some tea and re-enter the outer world with ease. Get ready to drift away with calming sounds and leave feeling refreshed and balanced. See you there! Stay connected for more sound events IG: @bloominglotusnw Email us at [email protected]
