Go Pink! Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath Meditation for Health and Healing

This is donation-based class for breast cancer survivors, those currently on the breast cancer journey, and the people who love and support A gentle, supportive yoga practice created especially for breast cancer survivors and those currently on the breast cancer journey. Through mindful movement, breath, and gentle/restorative postures, we’ll create space to release tension, reconnect with the body, and cultivate strength, ease, and a sense of well-being. We’ll close with a deeply restful sound bath meditation, offering time to soften, settle, and receive. No yoga experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are.
