Lunar Alchemy: New Moon in Scorpio Sound Bath & Shadow Work

A crystal singing bowl sound bath + guided shadow work in our salt cave for the New Moon in Scorpio. Anti-gravity chairs. Only 8 seats. 🌑 Lunar Alchemy: New Moon in Scorpio What truth are you ready to stop avoiding? As the moon disappears into darkness, the New Moon in Scorpio invites us beneath the surface—to the parts of ourselves we don't always make time, or have the courage, to explore. Scorpio carries themes of truth, release, transformation, attachment, and personal power. This New Moon offers an opportunity to become curious about what you're holding onto, what may have completed its purpose, and what could emerge if you finally allowed something to change. Join us inside the Himalayan Salt Cave at Saltscape Wellness Center in Bogota, NJ for Lunar Alchemy, our monthly New Moon experience combining guided shadow work, intention setting, meditation, and the immersive vibration of crystal singing bowls. With only 8 chairs inside the cave, this is an intimate experience intentionally created for slowing down and turning inward. 🌑 This Month's Reflection We'll explore questions such as: What am I ready to release that no longer supports who I am becoming? What truth have I been avoiding—and what might change if I finally acknowledged it? Where am I giving away my power? What am I holding onto simply because letting go feels unfamiliar? You don't need to arrive with the answers. The practice is simply to become quiet enough to hear what comes forward. ✨ What You'll Experience Settle into a reclining zero-gravity chair inside our Himalayan Salt Cave, wrap yourself in a cozy blanket, and allow yourself to step away from everything happening outside the room. Your Lunar Alchemy experience includes: • 45 minutes inside our Himalayan Salt Cave • Opening grounding and New Moon intention setting • Guided meditation • Scorpio-inspired shadow work and reflection • Crystal singing bowl sound bath • Quiet integration time • Cozy blankets provided This is more than simply listening to a sound bath. The meditation, reflection, sound, and stillness of the cave come together to create space for you to notice, question, release, and intentionally consider what you want to carry forward. 🖤 What Is Shadow Work? Shadow work is a reflective practice that invites us to become curious about the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and parts of ourselves we may normally avoid or push aside. There is nothing you need to “fix,” uncover, or force during this experience. You decide how deeply you want to explore. 🌿 Good to Know • No meditation, sound bath, or shadow-work experience is necessary • Beginners are welcome • Wear comfortable clothing • You'll be reclining for most of the experience • Only 8 spaces are available inside the cave Come with curiosity rather than expectation. 💲 Energy Exchange $55 + tax Booking Options ✔ Reserve your place here on Eventbrite ✔ Or book directly through Acuity Scheduling: https://app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=37579358&appointmentType=86212629 ⚠️ Registration Advance registration is required.
