Somatic Reset: A Sound Bath & Nervous System Workshop

Together, we’ll explore how stress lives in the body—and how to safely begin to release it. This experience may include: • Guided grounding + body awareness • Gentle, restorative movement (optional) • Breathwork + nervous system support • Sound integration (crystal bowls/chimes) • Space for quiet reflection + integration No prior experience is needed. This is a supportive, low-pressure environment—come as you are. Ideal for those experiencing: – stress, anxiety, or burnout – difficulty slowing down or “turning off” – feeling disconnected from your body Spots are limited to keep the space intimate. Led by Jamie Garrison, LLMSW, a Reiki Master, certified yoga instructor, and clinical therapist, this trauma-informed sound healing experience is designed to support grounding, relaxation, and nervous system regulation.
