Join Exhale Earth to explore the art of blending your own plant-based botanical products using natural ingredients selected for their refreshing, nourishing and uplifting properties. You'll learn how carefully chosen botanicals can support skin hydration, seasonal wellbeing and a sense of balance as the days become warmer and brighter. All materials are provided, and you'll be guided through each step of the blending process while learning about the botanicals and their traditional uses. You'll leave with your own handcrafted creations, along with knowledge and inspiration to continue incorporating natural self-care practices into your everyday routine. This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, connect with nature and embrace the changing seasons through the healing power of plants.
