Ageing Well Beginner Tai Chi - Seaton Community Centre

This entry level Tai Chi class is for our residents aged 60+, or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. Beginner Tai Chi - Seaton Community Centre Looking to try something new and chill? Join our Beginner Tai Chi sessions each Monday afternoon during Term 4 (Oct 19 - Dec 7) at the Seaton Community Centre! Perfect for newbies, this in-person class helps you relax, improve balance, and learn cool moves at a comfortable pace. Come along, meet new folks, and enjoy some gentle exercise in a friendly setting. No experience needed—just bring yourself, a drink bottle and wear comfortable clothes and shoes. The program is designed to cover a typical school term which is generally 8-10 weeks with the idea that once foundational skills have been mastered, the participant will move into an intermediate Tai Chi class, where possible.
