Everyone is talking about pausing. Creating space. Slowing down. And yes — those things 100% matter. But I go a powerful step further. Rather than simply giving you an opportunity to switch off, I use guided meditation, hypnotic visualisation, mindfulness and evidence-based tools to support nervous system regulation, working with your mind, body and subconscious. Because your nervous system isn't regulated simply by thinking about being calm. It responds to what you experience — and the right experiences can help your mind and body settle, regulate and move out of heightened alert. This is where my approach is different. Across four weeks, each session combines practices that build on each other to help you RESET • RECONNECT • RELEASE • RENEW — working with what's happening beneath the surface rather than simply giving you another 45 minutes to pause. No need to try to stay engaged with a body scan meditation. No need to force your mind to be quiet. No need to simply sit and “switch off”. No need to sit on the ground. Instead, you're guided through an experience designed to actively work with your mind and nervous system — comfortably seated in a chair. This isn't just time out from your week. It's time spent doing something powerful — all while feeling like you've had a deep rest and been taken on a gentle, guided journey in your mind. Small group. Relaxed ambient setting.
