The physical practice this workshop will consist of is: • Forms (Joint Articulation and Stillness) • Coordinations (Rhythm, Elasticity, Music) • Partner Games (Unknown, Unpredictable, Adaptability) • Communication (Discuss, Ask Questions, Express and share Dialogue) In this workshop, expect a day of pushing the limits of what you have known, thought and perceived.
