Relax The Shoulders TriYoga Therapeutics Workshop

Come Join Us For This Transformative Three Hour Workshop During this healing three hour workshop through a space of deep relaxation, supported by comfortable props, you will be guided through long held postures, targeting connective tissue and fascia around the chest and shoulders. This is a powerful practice focused on releasing tension in the shoulders. Which not only increases mobility and encourages openness, but also relieves stress and promotes a sense of relaxation. Through mindful breathing and intentional stillness, we listen to our own bodies and honour our own physical limits. TriYoga Therapeutics for the Shoulders will be held on Saturday 17th October at 9.30am at Cairns Total Physio, 158 Mulgrave Road, Westcourt, Cairns This therapeutic practice for the shoulders is something I personally found so relaxing and yummy.
