Each month, Michelle will guide the group through meditation while exploring different themes around intuition, self-awareness and personal development. There will be space to reflect on where you are, listen to your own inner guidance and set positive intentions for your growth moving forward. The vision for these evenings is simple and nurturing. A softly lit room, candles glowing, comfortable spaces to settle in and an opportunity to simply be present. Following the meditation, we'll come together for discussion and herbal tea, allowing time to share, reflect and connect with others before heading home. No previous meditation experience is needed.
