Guided Forest Therapy Walks - Geelong Botanic Gardens

Hi! I'm Melanie. I'm an INFTA-certified and accredited Forest Therapy Guide. Join me for an immersive and relaxing experience in nature. Inspired by the Japanese practice of 'Shinrin-yoku,' Forest Therapy is an internationally recognised and evidence based Public Health practice. It is the practice of immersing oneself in nature using all of our senses through mindfulness and sensory activities. During this 2 hour guided walk, we will swap our "screen time for green time" and move slowly and mindfully through the beautiful Geelong Botanic Gardens and allow ourselves to truly experience natures healing benefits.
