Learn practical, age-appropriate sleep strategies for preschoolers aged 3–5 experiencing difficulty settling, night waking, bedtime resistance, reliance on parental support, and changing sleep needs. Presented by Deb Herdman, RN and Certified Advanced CBTi Sleep Practitioner, this 1.5-hour live masterclass goes beyond general sleep advice to teach evidence-based strategies used in clinical practice. You’ll leave with practical sleep skills and tools you can use at home to build sleep independence, manage common sleep challenges and help your child sleep well as they grow.
