LETTING GO A powerful 9D Breathwork journey for men and women You’ve held it together. Kept going. Looked after everyone else. But what are you still carrying that you’re ready to put down? Stress. Letting Go is an immersive 9D Breathwork experience designed to help you step out of your busy mind, reconnect with your body and create space for something new. This is not about being told to “just let it go.” If it were that bloody easy, you would have done it already. Using conscious connected breathing, immersive sound, hypnotic coaching, binaural beats and somatic release techniques, you’ll be guided through a powerful journey of reflection, release and reconnection. This experience may help you: • Release built-up emotional and physical tension • Quiet the mental noise • Recognise patterns you’re ready to leave behind • Move through change, grief or emotional overwhelm • Feel lighter, clearer and more grounded • Reconnect with yourself and what you need next Every experience is different. You may feel emotional, peaceful, energised or deeply reflective. There is no right way to experience breathwork and nothing to perform or prove. You don’t need to be calm, spiritual or experienced. You simply need to arrive willing to breathe. What to bring • A yoga mat • A blanket and pillow for comfort • A water bottle • Comfortable clothing • An open mind Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you can settle in.
