Move, relax & feel better (Ages 18 & up) - Term 4 2026

What will you do? Using handheld bean bags and balls, you'll take part in playful movement activities designed to: • Stimulate the brain and encourage coordination • Support mobility and body awareness • Gently activate the body through accessible movement • Finish with simple, supported chair-yoga stretches • Promote relaxation and a sense of wellbeing Why attend? Whether you're looking to move more, improve your coordination, gently stretch your body or simply enjoy some time connecting with others, this session offers a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can participate at your own pace. No previous experience is required — just come along, have some fun and give yourself an opportunity to move, connect and feel good. Meet your facilitator Sessions are run by Jenny, who brings more than 35 years of combined experience across fitness, swim teaching, neurodevelopmental movement and listening therapies. Jenny's approach is supportive, engaging and focused on helping people feel comfortable, confident and connected through movement. Come along for an hour of gentle movement, relaxation and connection — and leave feeling a little better than when you arrived.
