Post Natal Yoga (Maribyrnong Girls Can Week 2026)

Celebrate Maribyrnong Girls Can Week with a fun and interactive yoga practice that is specifically designed for the mum and baby to connect through the lovely sequences of yoga poses. Through the practice the baby is always in immediate interaction with the mum and it is playful and joyful for both mum and baby. Date: Monday 26 October 2026 Location: Beaton Reserve, Yarraville (across the playground) Time: 10am - 11am Audience: Women What to bring: Water bottle, Yoga Mat, mat for bub Participant Disclaimer/ terms and conditions Active Maribyrnong programs are provided free of charge to encourage the community to be active and participate in health and wellbeing activities. Participants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to participate safely. To the extent permitted by law, participants agree to release and indemnify the City of Maribyrnong and the program facilitator from any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from their participation in the program, except where caused by the negligence or unlawful conduct of Council or the facilitator.
