This monthly ADHD Support Group is hosted by a lived experience coach and educator. Sarah Callaghan aims to create an uplifting environment for adults with ADHD to connect to a neurodivergent community with a shared interest in learning and unmasking. This two hour event will have a loose structure managed by Sarah. Often including ice-breaker games, ADHD related conversation prompts, fun facts about ADHD and activities that centre on skill-building for ADHD supports.
