Belief of Relief Primal Shaking Medicine & Soundbath A Nervous System Regulation Journey for Women What if relief could begin by simply giving your body permission to move? Belief of Relief is an embodied journey for women exploring Primal Shaking Medicine, breath, sound and deep listening. Through guided movement and optional shaking, we create space to notice sensations, explore releasing tension and reconnect with the body. The journey concludes with the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, inviting rest, stillness and integration. This is an invitation to Shake, Breathe, Release, Rebalance and Receive — in your own way, at your own pace. Your body, your choice There is no right way to participate. You are always in charge of your experience. • Choose your own level of participation. Shake, move gently, remain still, sit or lie down. You are welcome to adapt or skip any practice. • Listen to your body. You never need to push through pain, overwhelm or discomfort. Rest, pause, step outside or stop at any time. • Follow your own rhythm. There is no pressure to release emotion, shake a certain way or have a particular experience. Whatever arises — or doesn’t — is welcome. • Honour your boundaries. You do not need to explain your choices or share anything personal. Your experience is yours alone. • Make space for rest. The closing crystal bowl soundbath offers time to settle and receive, with the option to adjust your position or take a quiet break if needed. This is a supportive, invitational space for exploration, not a test of endurance or a promise of a particular outcome. We honour individual needs, personal boundaries and the wisdom of moving at your own pace.
