Join the University of Newcastle and NuSport on Wednesday 18 November for a fun and active day to raise awareness of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), lung health, and the importance of staying physically active. Whether you're living with a lung condition, supporting someone who is, or simply interested in improving your health and wellbeing, there's something for everyone! Come along and try a range of exercise classes, including Pilates, Tai Chi and strength-based exercise, suitable for different fitness levels and abilities. Take part in fun exercise challenges, access free lung health screenings and learn more about the benefits of staying active.
