In about forty minutes, most people feel their shoulders drop and their breath finally slow. That is not magic - it is your parasympathetic nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do. What to expect You will arrive to a warm, welcoming space in the Perth Hills with a comfy air mattress already waiting for you. Please bring your own pillow, blanket, and eye mask if you would like one - the cosier your setup, the more deeply you will rest. We begin with a short guided meditation to settle the body and mind, followed by approximately 40 minutes of sound using crystal singing bowls, a frame drum, chimes, and other instruments - planned specifically to support nervous system regulation and deep rest. This session is for you if: • You are chronically exhausted but cannot seem to switch off • Small things feel disproportionately hard lately • You carry tension in your jaw, shoulders, or chest that does not fully leave • You cannot remember the last time you fully exhaled • You are curious but a little sceptical - you are especially welcome here Practical details • Duration: 60 minutes (doors open 15 minutes prior). To make sure the session is the right fit for you, there are a few things worth knowing before you book. Sound healing is not suitable for people with sound-induced epilepsy. If you have non-sound-induced epilepsy, a cardiac pacemaker, defibrillator, artificial heart valve, cardiac arrhythmia, stent, shunt, or deep brain stimulation device, please check in with your doctor before attending - they will be best placed to advise you based on your individual situation. If you are pregnant, you are warmly welcome at a later stage of your pregnancy, but it is generally advised to wait until after the first 12 weeks.
