Resonance - Deep Breathwork & Live Music

For the first time in Perth, Resonance combines its immersive live music with a two hour deep breathwork journey, Arrive at the beautiful sanctuary that is Breathing Space in Freo, get comfortable on your mat with your props, and settle into two hours of deep breathwork and live music. Breathwork is a powerful practice that works with your body's natural breathing patterns to help release tension, unwind habitual patterns and create space for greater connection to yourself. As the breath begins to move in new ways, emotions, memories and insights can naturally come to the surface. With a 1:4 facilitator-to-participant ratio, this is a space where you can go even deeper. We've intentionally limited the event to a small group, so everyone gets personalised support throughout the entire journey. A team of experienced Breathwork practitioners will work alongside the musicians, offering bodywork, movement and breath guidance. Through individualised cues and hands on support, they'll help areas of tension and restriction begin to soften, allowing the breath to move more freely and the experience to unfold in a way that's unique to you. Whether you're already practicing or are completely new to breathwork, having professional musicians create original music to accompany the journey is a truly unique way to experience the practice. Shift your focus from thinking to feeling, finally let go, and see what unfolds. Details: Mats and bolsters are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing.
