Yoga & Brekkie - October Edition (Second Last of the Year)

Yoga and Brekkie Pop-up is back for October!! A Sunday morning of slow, nourishing yoga, gentle sound, good food and community. If you crave for community and a deeply charging, uplifting, nourishing experience for your Sunday morning, come and join me again at Heartplace. In this beautiful light-filled, artsy space, we’ll begin the morning with a slow, soulful flow—moving with the breath, arriving fully back into the body. Then ease into longer, nourishing holds, accompanied by gentle sounds to help you drop deeper into presence, stillness and bliss. After class, stay for a coffee, matcha and nourishing food from the cozy home-style Japanese café Hinata, and hang out with like-minded people! No experience needed— welcoming all bodies, all levels. Come as you are for a slow, nourishing morning to rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect. Limited spots available, book now to secure your spots. Breakfast available for purchase at Hinata Café.
