A chance to clear the mind, connect within, practise peace & calm to invite the new week in. GUIDED BREATHWORK - feel into & release unwanted emotions & energies in a safe space. GUIDED MEDITATION + SOUND - build a secure & deep relationship with oneself by quietening the mind & tuning in. Enjoy frequencies of the root & throat chakra from crystal bowls & through voice. HERBAL TEA - Sip, reflect & connect. With your guide, Ali Oetjen | Instagram ~ @alioetjen ALI WELLNESS Ali's been running Breathe & Meditate classes since 2022. Teaching & guiding meditation for over 7 years & instructing breathwork for 4 years. Certified & experienced. ----- All Welcome with open arms ~ Beginners to Advanced. ----- What to bring? Get comfy whilst laying down for an hour! • 1-2 Yoga Mats/portable single mattress (so there's enough cusioning) • Bolster or extra pillow for under the backs of your knees • Blanket, as your body temperature normally drops. • Eyemask, if desired. • Water bottle.
