Carer Support Group: Walk and Talk

Join us for a combination of gentle walking with conversation, fresh air, and connection with others who understand the caring role. Come and meet other carers while we take in the benefits of a leisurely walk, with our Walk and Talk Group. This gentle 1½-hour meet up offers a warm and welcoming space to unwind, connect, and take time for ourselves. This group will be from 9am - 11.30 am on Tuesay's starting 13th, October 2026. Meeting point the Alexandra Surf Club Car Park. We recommend bringing sun protection, water and comfortable shoes. Participants will also have the option of a relaxing coffee catch-up after the walk.
