Longevity Club

My Longevity Club When we want to make changes in our lives, it is so much easier when we don't do it alone. Imagine being part of a community where everyone is cheering each other on. A place where you can learn, ask questions, share your wins, and take one small step at a time towards a healthier future. We all want to age well. We want to stay strong, capable, independent, and connected to the people we love. None of us wants to be held back by our health. This isn't a workshop about what you must do or what you can't do. It's about discovering what works for you. Together we'll explore what current science tells us about healthy ageing and how you can apply it to your own lifestyle and bio individuality. You'll set your own goals, learn practical strategies, and be supported by others who are on a similar journey. Whether this is your very first step or simply your next step, you are welcome. What we'll do together • Grip Strength Testing (non invasive) • Why we need to look after our muscle mass and how • Exercise for body and mind • Brain health • Connect with like minded people who want to support and encourage each other. Sunday 11 October 9.30 am – 11.00 am The Healing Hub, Golden Beach Only 10 places available to keep the group personal and welcoming. Tickets: $25 (to cover the cost of ingredients) This is the beginning of My Longevity Club, with more gatherings planned for October and November. If this speaks to you, I'd love for you to join us.
