From this very blissful state, transition to your choice of a Meditative Play with Clay or a Peaceful Paint with Watercolours (all Art supplies are included). During a guided Yoga Nidra meditation you'll be invited to use gentle breathing and body awareness techniques as the mind remains awake and aware and receptive for a sense of calm, well being and potential healing as well as creativity. Yoga Nidra can improve mental, physical and emotional health and wellbeing (Ref. 'Yoga Nidra: The Art of Transformational Sleep' by Kamini Desai PhD.
