Restore & Flow Monthly Community Event Community + connection are the foundation of a fulfilling life, and Restore & Flow is a space where both get to truly flourish. Picture this: like-minded humans on the beach, sharing meaningful conversations and laughter, gently moving their bodies, calming their nervous systems, and leaving with their cup overflowing as they ease into the weekend feeling grounded, connected, and restored. Breathwork is growing in popularity (and for good reason). Breathing is something we all do, yet many of us aren’t doing it functionally. Dysfunctional breathing can contribute to stress, inflammation, and dis-ease in the body, often flowing on into our mental and emotional wellbeing. Breathwork supports you to: • Restore balance within the nervous system • Calm the “monkey mind” • Release stress and emotion stored in the body • Feel more present, regulated, and connected to yourself We live in a society that constantly pushes us to go, go, go...but we are human beings, not human doings. We need spaces to slow down, to soften, and to simply be. This community offers just that. A space for connection, conversation, movement, laughter, and most importantly...a space where you get to be fully yourself.
