Spoken Mic December

Spoken Mic: Presented by Liquid Lyrics Friday, Fri 11 Dec | The Nook, Cooroy Doors 6:30pm | BYO drinks | 18+ Spoken Mic is a spoken word event at The Nook, presented by Nick Grivas of Liquid Lyrics. The night will feature eight poets and performers, each delivering a 10-minute set of poetry, spoken word, and storytelling. Every performer brings their own voice and perspective, creating an evening shaped by words, rhythm, and lived experience. Held in The Nook’s intimate 40-person room, Spoken Mic is designed for listening, a focused, respectful space where performers and audience share the moment together. This is not an open mic, and there is no pressure for guests to perform, simply come along, take a seat, and enjoy the evening immersed in spoken word and story. If you are interested in performing at a future event, please note that spots must be organised in advance with Nick from Liquid Lyrics. BYO drinks, settle in, and enjoy a unique night of live storytelling and spoken word. Tickets are limited. Book early to secure your place.
