Join us for a relaxed and uplifting morning designed especially for carers — a chance to step away from the everyday, have some fun, connect with others and enjoy a little time focused entirely on your own wellbeing.We'll get our bodies moving with Defy Gravity — gentle stretching, movement and music designed to help you loosen up, let go and have a laugh.We'll also explore some simple positive psychology ideas to help you Design Your Feel-Good Week, with practical ways to bring a little more calm, energy, connection and enjoyment into everyday life.There'll be time for morning tea, laughter and connecting with other carers before we slow everything down with a beautiful 30-minute Sound Healing experience — get comfortable, switch off and deeply relax.
