After grounding in gratitude and setting a clear intention, you’ll lie back and be carried inward by the frequencies of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, a majestic Paiste gong, shamanic drums, rainsticks, chimes and the Wave. As the sounds unfold, stress and tension gently dissolve, allowing you to sink into a deep meditative state, connect with your true self and access altered states of consciousness. Designed to recalibrate your nervous system, restore balance in your body and reach a deep state of relaxation, the journey unfolds through the frequencies of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, a majestic Paiste gong, shamanic drums, rainsticks, chimes and the Wave. When combined, their healing effects are amplified. Together, these practices help release energetic blockages and tension, promote deep relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety and enhance overall wellbeing. Please bring the following for your comfort (this room provides no equipment): ✭ yoga mat or blanket to lie on ✭ blanket to stay warm ✭ pillow or cushion ✭ eye pillow or mask (or anything to cover your eyes) ✭ optional: bolster for under your knees ✭ optional: any crystals or objects you’d like to have charged on the sound altar Please make sure you: ✭ wear comfortable clothes ✭ arrive well-hydrated ✭ refrain from wearing any perfumes or colognes (natural essential oils are fine) ✭ finish eating at least 1.5 hours before the event ✭ keep caffeine, alcohol and meat consumption to an absolute minimum for 24 hours before the event.
