Thursday Night Unwind

Join me for a calming breathwork session designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and quieten the mind. So often we carry tension without even realising it. We hold onto stress in our bodies and our minds are constantly switched on. Breathwork offers an opportunity to pause, let go, and return to the present moment. Together, we'll begin with gentle introductory breathing practices to settle the body and bring awareness to the breath. We'll then move into conscious connected breathwork that helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, your body's natural 'rest and restore' state. Benefits of breathwork include: • Reducing stress and anxiety • Activating the parasympathetic nervous system • Enhancing creativity and mental clarity • Releasing built-up tension held in the body • Creating a deeper sense of calm No previous experience is needed - simply come as you are.
