A warm workshop for women ready for a new chapter If you have been doing so much for others and now find yourself wondering, “What do I actually want now?”, this workshop is for you. In this relaxed, two‑part session, we will explore why it can feel hard to know what you want, how subconscious beliefs and self‑talk shape your confidence, and why change can feel uncomfortable even when you are ready for it. You will get a clearer understanding of what is going on beneath the surface and how life transitions can affect your sense of identity. In the second part, we will use simple, practical tools to help you reconnect with yourself, untangle the thoughts that hold you back, and begin moving toward what you want with more clarity and self‑trust. This is not therapy, and there is no pressure to share anything personal. It is simply a warm, thoughtful time with a small group of women, supportive insight, time to reflect, and good conversation over tea or coffee. You do not need a plan.
