Circa Sauna Sessions — 01

Session 01 — Slow Burn 35 minutes. 16 people. One very hot sauna. This November, Circa Sauna Sessions begin. For our first session, we’re packing up to 16 people into the Circa sauna for a fully guided 35-minute experience built around heat, steam, breath, music and cold winter air. Your Circa Guide will lead the room through an immersive progression of sauna rounds, gradually increasing the heat with water, steam and towel work before brief cold-air resets outside. Slow Burn is a guided sauna ritual designed to build gradually. Settle into the heat as your Circa Guide layers steam, essential oils, music and breath to slowly raise the intensity of the room. You’ll move through waves of heat together, followed by time to cool down, reset and come back to yourself. No sauna experience required. Just show up, settle in and follow the room. What to expect • One 35-minute guided sauna session • Up to 16 guests • Progressive heat and löyly • Music, towel waving and immersive sauna programming • Guided breath and movement • Brief outdoor cold exposure • Dedicated Circa Sauna Guide This session is designed to feel challenging, but never competitive. You are always welcome to step outside, cool down or rejoin when you’re ready. What to bring Come sauna-ready with: • Bathing suit • Water bottle • Warm clothes for before and after • Slides or easy-on shoes recommended Towels will be provided. Before you arrive Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins so we can check everyone in and start together. Once the sauna doors close, the session begins.
