🌬 Conscious Connected Breathwork — a powerful practice that brings us into our bodies and assists in clearing emotional, physical, and energetic blockages and trauma. 🐴 Horse Presence — horses are soulful, sentient beings who attune to our breath, heartbeat, and energy. With hearts five times larger than ours and electromagnetic fields that extend far beyond the human heart, their presence alone can regulate, ground, and open us. She guides people into deeper connection with their bodies, helping them release stored tension and rediscover their natural sense of wholeness. Through Conscious Connected Breathing and embodied inquiry, she holds space for emotional, physical, and energetic integration. Her own healing journey led her to this work after realizing how much of what we carry—stress, trauma, and unprocessed emotions—can become stored in the body. For years, she searched for answers outside of herself, but turning inward to the wisdom within and embracing practices such as breathwork, meditation, and somatic inquiry gave her a pathway home. Now, Stacey feels called to share this work because she believes we all hold an innate wisdom that knows how to heal when given the right conditions and compassionate support. She has witnessed how a single breath can open a door, how slowing down can bring clarity, and how being met with true presence can shift what once felt impossible to carry. Whether in private sessions, group circles, or breathwork with horses, Stacey’s intention is always to create a space where people feel safe, supported, and free to explore what wants to move through them. When she’s not facilitating, Stacey can usually be found outside—exploring and soaking in the quiet of nature, spending quality time with her family, or simply breathing under the open sky.
