Bask in the energy of the Full Moon and Autumn Equinox with a restorative sound bath honoring balance, transition, and renewal With the Autumn Equinox just behind us and the Full Moon approaching, this is a beautiful time to slow down, turn inward, and welcome the change of season. As the days grow shorter and autumn settles in, nature reminds us to find balance, let go of what we no longer need, and make space for what’s next. Join me for a cozy evening of sound and stillness as we connect with the energy of the season and the approaching Full Moon. The equinox marks a time of balance between light and dark, while the Full Moon offers a natural point for reflection, release, and renewal. Through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where the nervous system can settle, the body can rest, and the mind can become quiet. No experience is necessary. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and settle in for an evening of deep rest. ✨ What to Expect • A cozy autumn evening immersed in therapeutic sound • Gentle guidance into grounding, rest, and reflection • Connection with the Autumn Equinox and approaching Full Moon • Space to release, reset, and set intentions for the season ahead • A peaceful evening shared in community ✨ What to Bring • A yoga mat, blankets, pillows, and an eye mask for comfort • Slippers if you’d like (shoes will be left at the door) • A journal for reflection (optional) • Water to stay hydrated ✨ Schedule • Doors open: 6:30 PM • Sound Bath: 7:00–8:30 PM • Doors close promptly at 7:00 PM • 👥 Who This Is For This experience is open to everyone, whether it’s your first sound bath or you’ve joined me many times before. It can be especially supportive if you’ve been feeling tired, overstimulated, tense, or simply in need of some time to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Come as you are and give yourself an evening to rest, reset, and welcome the new season. 🌕🍁 Please Note This is a private, closed-door event. To keep the space calm and uninterrupted, doors will lock shortly after the session begins. Please arrive early enough to get comfortable and settle in. Free limited parking is available onsite.
