About this event

A night of "Psychedelic" breathwork to deepen self-awareness followed by a sharing circle for integration and connection. Breathwork Psychedelic Breathwork (Conscious Connected Breathing) is a form of intentional breathing that allows the individual to shift their physiological state. In this state you may experience feelings of bliss, increased self-awareness, valuable insight, emotional release, and a deep sense of connection with the world and others in it. Similar to psychedelics, breathwork offers a doorway to the subconscious. By accessing the subconscious through our breath, we can use this awareness for self-realization and, in turn, personal development. Journaling As it is common for insight and clarity to come during conscious breathwork, we will integrate the experience by journaling any thoughts, feelings, emotions, visions or downloads experienced during the session. Sharing Sharing with the group is encouraged (but not required) and assists with integrating the experience.
