Wednesday Meditation Class - Meditation for Confidence and Inspiration

We offer drop-in meditation classes every Wednesday. Each class stands on its own, though all classes are part of an ongoing series — come to one, or come to them all. This fall, we're exploring Lamrim meditations that build inner confidence and uplift the mind. Through gentle guided practice and practical teachings, you'll discover a stable, inspiring foundation for spiritual growth — and a more joyful daily life. Each class includes a guided meditation, a practical teaching, and time for discussion, helping you connect these timeless insights to your own everyday experience.
